In the United States, ASAP is aligned to the Educational Standards for Professional Leaders (formerly the ISLLC Standards) as published in 2015 by the National Policy Board of Education Administration (NPBEA) and the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), and correlated to the standards set by each state’s department of education.
